We boldly choose to question and fight for something more yet are left wondering… if not LOVE, then what?

Let me give you an inside glimpse into the mind of a therapist. Well… mine at least. I’ll tell you now that I am by no stretch of the imagination a perfect person and I occasionally encounter “foot-in-mouth” disease.

How do you keep your sanity as a parenting couple? Communication, checking in with each other, and practicing gratitude may be valuable keys to success.

You've got to clear out the stuff that's not important, prioritize and care for what is, and continually keep an eye on it.
