Anxiety Busters: Learn To Live Worry Free and Conquer Your Mountains!


Do you want to have less stress, more freedom from worry, and feel more confident overall? Anxiety Busters is a course for any adult who struggles with excessive worry or nervousness, fear or dread, or chronic stress. If you aren't living the life you want to live because of these challenges, this course is for you! Using principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or DBT, as well as other anxiety and stress-reducing tools and techniques, you will learn to navigate anxiety more effectively in this six-week course.


What You'll Learn:

  • Four skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

    • ​Mindfulness: the practice of being fully aware and present in this one moment

    • Distress Tolerance: how to tolerate pain in difficult situations, not change it

    • Interpersonal Effectiveness: how to ask for what you want and say no while maintaining self-respect and relationships with others

    • Emotion Regulation: how to change emotions that you want to change

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) / "Tapping"

    • Re-wire your thoughts to become more peaceful and positive

    • A simple sequence that is easy to learn and do anywhere

    • "Scripts" to help you ingrain a calmer spirit

  • Interactive and creative stress-reducing techniques

    • Playful and fun ways to eliminate anxiety

    • Art, music, movement, and more

New Parent Workshop

Whether you are expecting your first child or brand new parents of a beautiful baby, this two hour workshop is for you.


Topics include:

  • Becoming a stronger, more loving couple

  • Taking care of business in the bedroom and beyond

  • Caring for yourself and your partner while also caring for your baby

  • Preventing discord in your relationship and increasing satisfaction

  • Childcare is provided so feel free to bring your kids along!

  • This workshop is limited to only four couples, so RSVP early. By doing this, we are able to keep the size and experience of the group intimate which allows for ample time and attention on the needs of each of you.


NOTE: for this particular workshop, we are focusing on partnered parents; however, we are creating a workshop focused on single parents to help address your unique needs as well. Stay tuned for the full details!

New Parents Workshop

Marriage Preparation Course

  • Weekend intensive format

  • $240/couple paid in advance (plus $35 initial assessment cost prior to first class)

  • Limited to four couples per group; must have at least two couples minimum (waitlist available)

Upon course completion, you will be issued a certificate signifying you finished each class sufficiently. This can be used as proof of premarital counseling to the officiant at your wedding if necessary.

Marriage Prep

Widow / Widower Support Group

This group is for adults of all ages to get together and support each other through the death of a spouse or partner. Grief is a difficult thing to go through alone, so by reaching out to others for support, hopefully a network of friendship and encouragement can be fostered. To be a part of this group, you will need to RSVP through for each event you plan to attend. Please click this link to RSVP.


The details:

  • Ongoing group, second and fourth Monday evenings of each month (7:00 - 8:00 pm)

  • Open to men and women whose spouse/partner has died

  • No childcare available - please make arrangements beforehand

  • If you RSVP and find you need to cancel, please let the facilitator know in advance and change your RSVP status on the site so others may have the chance to join in your place

  • Limited space available and operates by first come, first served so RSVP early!

  • Suggested donation of $10 per person to help cover costs

Topics of discussion will vary and are open for group members to decide what they need to talk about. Facilitator may suggest certain topics, however, no set curriculum is in place to allow greater freedom of discussion and mutual support.




All groups are held in a confidential setting and identifying information will not be released to anyone outside of the group. It is encouraged for group participants to abide by these guidelines as well for the safety and privacy of all group members. It is possible for group participants to want extra support from each other outside of the group context. If this is the case, please be inclusive and mindful of other group members' wishes.
