Using Prepare/Enrich methods as well as specific education in working with couples, I am specially trained to work with dating and engaged couples for premarital counseling and family planning in all stages of their partnership. The Prepare/Enrich program has helped over 3 million couples in the last 30 years to get the most out of their relationships. I will work with both of you to create the life you want to have together from the very beginning.

 

I have also trained and am certified under Drs. John and Julie Gottman's couples therapy methods for helping couples have better, more effective, and loving relationships. The idea with this method is to get couples communicating better and increasing their levels of intimacy and trust through reconnecting their friendship and love for each other.
